New Braunfels

New Braunfels is suburb 30-minutes north of San Antonio, and part of the Greater San Antonio metropolitan area, New Braunfels is home to over 70,000 people.

Freihert Village - WoundCentrics / Roost

Located near Resolute Hospital, Freiheit Village is a 60-acre town center development with residential, office, retail, and restaurant services. This project, located on Lot 24, is at the main corner between FM 306 and FM 1101 access points. A 12,000 sf building was sited at the corner to reflect the surrounding development. Using similar materials to its neighbors, different colors were selected to help give this project prominence. The building is home to WoundCentrics and Roost Chicken and Salad but has room for more tenants.
